I have been ordering this product for a few years. No fancy schmancy vitamins for me. Just a solid bunch of vitamins with the right stuff in them that are easy to swallow and that dissolve quickly. (HINT: If you drop one of your vitamins into a glass of water and it doesn’t dissolve quickly, you should be buying different vitamins!!!) No complaints from me for this product. Unless they drastically change the quality or the price on these, I’ll probably be taking them the rest of my life.

I like that you only have to take one of these pills. I got another type of 1 a day and I had to take 2 a day 🙄. The other nice thing is the amount of pills in the bottle means you don’t have to buy a new bottle every month. One thing to be aware of is that when it says take with food, it isn’t kidding. If I have one on an empty stomach, I get really nauseous. Other than that I like them.
