These organic apples seem to stay fresh longer than the non organic. I especially like them because they are not too large, perfect for a small Waldorf salad for one. Had these and some Fiji’s and combined them for a home made slightly chunky applesauce. I’ve only used Golden Delicious before but the combo turned out to be very tasty.

I put these into Williamsburg dressing with cornbread stuffing, vegetarian
maple-smoked sausage cut up , onion and apples for Thanksgiving.

I paid the high price for organic but was disappointed with the lack of flavor. And disappointed with the freshness level.
