Just what the doctor ordered and the cheapest/ best place to find them with the free shipping (Prime).
Someone said you don’t need some of these vitamins if you’re breastfeeding, but that’s besides the point. If your doctor recommends supplements, it could be for other reasons, and not all women can or want to breast feed for months or even a year. We have a very good doctor and he said this is the best thing for our infant baby at this time.
Additives or not, it’s pretty much the only artificial thing our child consumes.

My pediatrician recommended we give this to our baby son. He actually didn’t mind the taste. We would give it to him straight from the dropper and never had to mix it into his bottle or food. The dropper was easy to use and simple to read to get the right dosage. It was far less expensive to order it online then to get it at the local pharmacy.

My exclusively breastfed baby seems to like the flavor!

We originally started giving our baby this vitamin mixture, as our pediatrician recommended. However, we took a hiatus from this product due to baby not liking the taste and fighting every time we tried to give it. I did my research and once we finished the first bottle, we switched over to “Baby D Drops”, where one little drop on a binky or bottle, and baby avoids the sour cherry taste. That seemed to be working… but thats the problem, we were never sure if that one little drop actually went in! That uncertainty led me to reorder the Tri-vi-sol. Now, at 7 months, baby does not mind the taste! In fact, he actually likes it! So, problem solved. We know our baby is getting the vitamins that he needs š

I’m not really sure why, but she gets so excited when its time to take it. It smells strongly of cherries. I took a dose once, to see what all the hullabaloo was about, and the first second after i took it, it was okay, but then the flavor morphed into something very unpleasant, like I had just drank liquid pennies. I had to eat something to get he taste out of my mouth.
But my baby adores the stuff, so that works for me.

Our breast fed baby loves his vitamins WITHOUT the iron. He gets so excited he does a little dance for them. But I accidentally bought the ones with iron and he hates them. If your baby hates the taste, my doctor recommended adding them to a bottle, where the breast milk will mask the taste. Just get ones without iron and you should be fine.
