I like that it has healthy food derivatives in it and no artificial coloring. It’s also reasonably priced for those on a budget like I am and has organic ingredients as well. Works as well as more expensive brands I have taken.

They were a bit hard to swallow until I learned how…I read to tilt your head back a bit and get it in your throat the best you can then when you swallow with a big gulp of liquid tilt your head down with chin towards chest and swallow. all I can say it it works. I have been using them for over 3 years and have not been sick since I’ve been using them. Coincidence, maybe, maybe not. They work well for me.

Enjoy taking these natural vitamins. Reading the label there are a lot of good fruits and vegetables instead of synthetic ingredients. Used to take the liquid form but it irritated my stomach did NOT have any problems with these vitamins.
