This blew me away when I first tried it on a whim! Was not expecting it to be so flavorful and authentic! The sauce and cheese amounts are perfect. I love this so much I buy A LOT of them as I’ve been obsessed ever since I tried them. They used to not have them all the time but I’m glad they carry them all the time now so I don’t have to worry about them running out of stock. The one problem I have with this is its EXPENSIVE especially when I buy anywhere from 2-5 everytime I order groceries (once or twice every week or 2). I wouldn’t mind the price as much (since thank god I can get them with my ebt cos could not afford these otherwise) if they listened to everyone’s (or mostly everyone lol) requests and complaints about the skimpy portions. I had complained about this awhile back and I actually felt like maybe they listened because up until about 2-3 weeks ago the portions seemed to have gotten better and they had more noodles…sometimes they can be so skimpy I feel like I could add more pasta because there’s a decent amount of leftover sauce, but that hasn’t been much of an issue lately. Honestly it’s the frigging broccoli that is what is taking up A LOT of room and why I think they feel like they can skimp. Now I love broccoli bit for some reason don’t always eat it and give it to my dog..we all know a lot of Alfredos have broccoli and chicken in them but this is BIG florets of broccoli that is more suited for a side than to mix in with the pasta…there’s no way and it makes no sense to have such massive pieces of broccoli. Cut down the broccoli or put less in so you can add more pasta…pasta is INEXPENSIVE so it really doesn’t make much sense and really irks me that they are cool with skimping and charging $9…not cool and really hope they actually care enough to change their skimpy ways cos I would probably buy even more as I’ve cut back lately since they’re pricey and at times when I’m starving I have to eat 2! Would be a 10/10 if they added more pasta..which wouldn’t cost them more than some pocket change. The quality is there for sure but the price and portions are whack! Oh and the only other complaint I have is I’ve noticed over the past 2ish months (maybe even a little longer) that the expiration date is SUPER CLOSE to when I receive them so I will notice they have quite a bit of condensation on the inside of the lid..it’s so bad that it was making the sauce too thin and not as appetizing as it’s normally a decent thick sauce. So now I don’t heat it up with the lid on and I even have to go as far as using a paper towel to wipe away the condensation, mostly under where the broccoli is/was. It’s not like that big of a deal but for the price this really shouldn’t be a constant issue. I usually eat them within a day or 2 of expiration day..hell maybe even 3 days and haven’t had any issues with it going bad. But the giant pieces of broccoli probably add to the condensation issue. They always have quite a bit on the inside of the lid within a day or on the expiration date.
This would be 10/10 if they either lowered the price a little or added more pasta to make it worth $9. The portions are so small sometimes its like a side dish portion and I get the chicken (and raw broccoli lol) is supposed to make it more filling but I’m not a huge fan of the way they cut up the chicken cos I’ve had issues with the chicken getting too dry. Chicken could also use some seasoning..it’s not necessarily bad but that’s cos the sauce..I’m not really a fan of the chicken and usually toss out about a quarter or half of it and give it to the dog along with the broccoli when I don’t want it..as like I said it’s usually too big of florets to mix in with the pasta so it feels like more of a side to me and I’m not always in the mood..and I usually love broccoli too..but I also only like broccoli with a little bit if mayo to dip it in…some think that sounds gross but TRUST ME ITS BOMB..AND I OTHERWISE HATE MAYO. I literally only ever have mayo with my broccoli 😆 Its actually how my mama (sadly recently lost her..im heartbroken) got me to start eating it as a kid and I’ve always been a super picky eater too. I’m sure she would be happy that I’m eating more consistently now with these stocked in my mind fridge so while I have a few complaints I still freaking love this and truly hope they will change some of the downsides of if that I’ve mentioned.

I was hesitant about buying this pasta because I just didn’t think it would taste good. It looks delicious and the taste and quantity are great too. I’ll buy it again.

The meal was surprisingly good. You buy it, and see the small packaging…You’ll be a bit upset because for $10 you can get some actual Alfredo from a Pizza spot.
The quality of the food though is no question. It’s actually REALLY good.
Pros: great quality and taste.
Cons: Small packaging, Not enough.
If you don’t mind the small contents, then it’s worth the buy.

The Alfredo sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had from a prepackaged meal. However… the chicken/fettuccine to broccoli ratio leaves a bit to be desired. IMO, the rotini pasta/chicken/alfredo meal is a much better value.

Didn’t think it would be that great, but it was delicious!

This is creamy once it gets hot, however you can taste a chemical in it.

I absolutely love the flavor and richness of the alfredo here, especially as compared to many other microwaveable (fresh or frozen) types. I was legitimately SO impressed when I tried it the first time. I, personally, like to throw a little garlic salt and pepper on both, with a little pad of butter on the broccoli just before I throw in the microwave and it’s just soooo delicious. I also originally thought the portion size would be small, and I suppose it might be if you’re more of a hearty eater, but it was near perfect for me – I only ever wish there was more because I love it that much. xD My only complaint is I do, however, wish it was a little cheaper though. I understand it being a bit higher given the nature of freshness, but it is still a smidgen high for a single meal.

This is my third time ordering this JBS Fresh meal. This Fettuccine Alfredo meal is better than any of the many frozen Fettuccine Alfredo meals out there. How do I know? We love Fettuccine Alfredo and have tried them all. My husband is particular about Alfredo sauce. There must be enough sauce and it must be the perfect balance between Bechamel and cheeses. He loves this meal. It’s just the right size for dinner paired with a green salad. He would only love it more if I’d made it from scratch myself. Yeah, that’s not going to happen as long as I can keep ordering this meal from JBS Fresh.
