These little fruit cups are not only good to send in a packed lunch, they help with portion control in the house.
I like to keep a couple of these not only in the cupboard to throw into my food bag for work, but I keep a few in the refrigerator to grab alone as a snack, or mixed with cottage cheese when I need a snack but don’t want anything unhealthy.
They taste much better than Mandarin oranges out of a can.
