Do these keep me from bleeding onto my underwear? Mostly yes. Are they good for lighter days? YES. Do they retain their shape after being worn for a while? No.
I appreciate that they are cheaper than the Flex Foam pads, but I prefer the Flex Foam for their comfort and ability to limit leaks. I have medical issues that cause a heavier flow with lots of clots and these can just not hold up to that. For someone with better balanced hormones, these would probably be perfect.

These are always (no pun intended) my go-to pads. I need the extra long and prefer the thinner pads on heavy days as I don’t like to feel like I’m wearing a diaper and I can no longer wear tampons. These are perfect for day or night so I’m not having to purchase two different types of pads.

As a woman in her 40ās I think I know a thing or two about having a period. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis which is similar to endometriosis but only effects the uterus. It can cause very heavy bleeding and clots and these pads handle it all.
I am grateful that with age my cycle has gotten lighter but I still will stick with these pads. They even do a decent job at that traveling flow that goes up towards your back and makes you question how that can even happen.
If you want protection that sticks and works even in plus sized undies give these a try they are truly my tried and true.
