Purchasing these i was hesitant I usually go to in store and grab whatever high obsorbancy pad I see on shelf and turns out they feel like diapers, you can see through leggings and have to change constantly .But with Always they not only Obsorb on your heaviest days they are descreet and thats a Win for me

I have been using these pads for the last 15 years and never want to use any other kind. They have a pleasant scent that isn’t too heavy. The flex foam is the star of the show. I never feel wet and it is so flexible and thin that I forget I’m wearing one. I am a heavy bleeder and I have never had a leak since using these. The sticky wings really make it stay in place. They are perfect to me.

I didn’t expect them to be as small as they are but I appreciate them. They are very noisy for the first few minutes you wear them tho… But they serve their purpose for such small pads
