OKay, so I know that it is “real” coffee, so I guess what I mean is that if you are in a hurry and you need a quick cuppa this works really well. It is never going to replace the taste of fresh brewed, but if you were as last minute a person as I am in the morning, you will appreciate the speed and convenience which goes along with making a quick cup of coffee. For my money, this is the only instant coffee that fits the bill.

You either like it or you don’t. Doesn’t have that typical instant coffee taste, but it can become boring and lack-luster.

…I love this coffee! It is so simple to make – heat up the electric kettle and pour it in a cup over a spoonful of coffee. Voila! Most instant coffee verges on the undrinkable. I enjoy light roast, high caffeine coffee. You might have to play around with the right amount of coffee for your mug, but I’m telling you it’s good! It is not Starbucks (thank God). But it does come in a darker roast and a flavored roast. I first bought it in the little single cup packets for my mom. She was in a nursing home where the coffee tasted like warm dishwater. As she couldn’t have her own coffeemaker, I took the packet to her to add to the dishwater coffee to make it drinkable. Some days I only drink a cup of coffee. Some days I drink 4 cups of coffee. I dont like making a pot of coffee and then throwing half of it down the drain. Taster’s Choice is nearly as good to me as a cup of pour-over (if the pour-over is done correctly). I highly recommend the jars or the box of packets. Note: I do NOT recommend any other brand of instant coffee.

Always good, never bitter and with our instant hot water dispenser, there’s no waiting. Can’t beat that…

If you want a fairly robust, smooth cup of instant coffee at an affordable cost, this coffee does the job. The taste is well above average.
