If you shave in the shower, the hot water softens whiskers. In a pinch you can use some soap. I don’t need a mirror, and pbly neither do you. Gillette makes a good product.

Gillet has always been a brand I used ever since I discovered it. My dad loves them too. Always leaves no trace of the hair that could have snagged the lime light (in the not so flattering way with what modern society deems as appropriate for women when it comes to body hair. Ha!) and very easy to use (as long as you know your bodyās planes to avoid nicking yourself). It may not be cheap, but the quality is worth it š

I have a ton of razors for this generation. I could easily get the charge or others but no real point. I just needed one where the handle worked again. Solved my issues.

I bought this to avoid the high cost of Gillette fusion and this one takes long to shave with. I use it to shave face and head. I would recommend only for face but even with that it takes many strokes for a clean shave. As for your head I would have to get the fusion one with 5 blades.
